Pages for You – Sylvia Brownrigg
Another marvelous novel! I am in awe. How come I didn’t know about Sylvia Brownrigg and her beautiful novel Pages for You? It doesn’t matter, I found it, read it, loved it.

The Safekeep is hard and soft at once. I feel Yael van der Wouden did such a good job unveiling trauma in such a delicate way. But you can still feel it, deeply. There is love too, deep love.
Taylor Jenkins Reid did it again. She made me cry with her beautiful novel Atmosphere. I did not expect another novel by her that would be one of my lesficfavs.
I am coming out from hiding when Gerri Hill puts out a new title. And here we are with Lyon’s Den. Another fine read 🥰.
I’ve been keeping these stories for in this case more than 25 years. It’s worth it. This is such a good one, never gets old 🥰.
Some people find it seemingly ok to take books written by actual authors, run it through AI and sell it as their own 😤. Jae wrote a blogpost on the topic👏🏼.
“Shifting Gears” is a highly anticipated novel by Jazz Forrester, known for her exceptional Supercorp f/f. I encourage you to indulge in this romantic tale.
The Price of Salt is also known as Carol, like the title of the famous movie with Cate Blanchett and Roony Mara. This is a beautiful, romantic and well-written novel.
Is it still interesting to watch a movie about a woman coming out as a lesbian? Well yes it is! Especially when that woman in question is Dakota Johnson. I mean… Call me shallow 🤷♀️.
I read a lot about this book. Readers saying how toxic it was. That was no lie. But as you may know by now, I like a bit of controversy. I decided to take the chance and I was very happy I did!
All the recs on my blog are available in e-book or at least digitally. This title is not. But I have to tell you about this one. I’ve read this novel by Cameron Abbott at least 4 times. I love the delicious slow burn in To The Edge. It’s a friends to lovers but man,…
I recently re-read this first novel by Karin Kallmaker. First published in 1989 it bears the sign of the times. It’s probably one of the reasons I like this book well enough to read it more than once. In fact it was probably the 3rd or 4th time I read it. In Every Port tells…
Oeh, Lip Service. The Scottish answer to The L Word. Or maybe it wasn’t, but that is what I always thought. With Frankie as the Scottish Shane, although maybe even more glum than Shane was. But just as good with the ladies 😎. Kidding aside, this is a good show!
Katie McGrath who plays an angry lesbian on a first date with another beautiful woman, played by Gemma Chang. I mean, this was kinda my dream come true 😅. As a Supercorp/Lena Luthor fan this is a must see 😍🔥. I also understand where the Supercorp chemistry originated from 😏. So that is a bit…
I haven’t seen all of it yet, but Carmilla cannot be missed. This is such a fun and original show. And it’s available on YouTube. IMDB blurb: Little Laura Hollis has just moved in to attend Silas College. When her missing roommate is replaced without explanation, Laura vows to find out what is happening on…
Tipping The Velvet is based on a book by Sarah Waters, Tipping The Velvet. And it’s fabulous. Nan falls in love with Kitty, and her real life begins. Her life loving women, falling in and out of love and stretching her limits in order to survive. It’s a crude story and I felt for Nan….
This delightful series tells the story of 15-year-old Kim who just moved to Brighton. She develops a HUGE crush on her best friend Sugar. It’s again a coming of age, coming out, best friends to lovers story, but not quite. And it’s British, seriously funny, and original. Love, love, love this ❤️.
Oh my word, Fingersmith. I’ve watched this mini series, an adaptation of Sarah Waters classic novel Fingersmith, so many times. It’s absolutely fantastic. I just fell in love with everything; the brilliant story, the characters, the amazing love story between Maud and Sue, the twists and turns. Goosebumps here, goosebumps! ❤️
I couldn’t believe it when The L Word came out in 2004. The whole world had to stop and go away when we watched a new episode of this fabulously lesbian, lesbian show. Wow, it’s still unbelievable this even happened. So many (beautiful) women, so gay for each other. All these stories, all these mostly…
The World To Come is not an easy movie to watch, I feel. But is a beautiful love story that makes all the hardship worthwhile. And Vanessa Kirby is just 🔥. Blurb from IMDB: Somewhere along the mid-19th century American East Coast frontier, two neighboring couples battle hardship and isolation, witnessed by a splendid yet…
